Congratulations to our Shelter Harbor neighbor, Patrick Kinney, who was named to the Board of Directors of Tides Family Services! Tides is a non-profit agency addressing the needs of children at risk. They promote family preservation and maintenance of youth within their communities through individual, family and group counseling; home visitations; educational and court advocacy as well as the networking of social services.
